3. Purpose and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions under which CalLink provides its calendar link generation, invitation pages, QR codes, and click intelligence tools. By accessing or using CalLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. User Accounts & Security
Basic link generation is available for free without account creation. To save events, access analytics dashboards, customize branding, or access the REST API, creating an account is required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and generated API keys. Any activity performed under your credentials is presumed to be authorized by you.
5. RSVP Forms & Organizer Responsibilities
By enabling RSVP registration on your events, you acknowledge that you act as the Data Controller for your attendee data (first name, last name, email). You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations (including GDPR).
You agree not to use RSVP forms to collect sensitive personal data or for unsolicited spam.
6. Plans, Pricing & Billing
- Paid Plans (Pro & Business): Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time with 1 click via your Settings > Billing portal. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Invoices: PDF receipts and invoices are accessible anytime directly from your customer billing portal.
7. Intellectual Property
The CalLink brand, RFC 5545 calculation engines, user interfaces, source code, and design are the exclusive property of the publisher. You retain full ownership of event titles, descriptions, and brand logos you upload to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
CalLink strives to ensure high platform uptime (99.9%). However, the publisher shall not be liable for temporary disruptions caused by third-party calendar providers or internet infrastructure.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of an unresolved dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Reims, France.
